2016 Member Reception and Annual Meeting in photos

Preservation Houston members and friends gathered to learn about PH's accomplishments over the past year and hear about the future of preservation in Houston at the 2016 Member Reception and Annual Meeting on Tuesday, June 7, at Station 3.

Retiring board members Benito Guerrier, Patty Porter and Larry Whaley were recognized for their service to Preservation Houston, and the organization welcomed new board members Dave Morris and Kathy Washburn. In addition, members learned about the art and business of linen postcards, which celebrated America's cities, towns and landscapes from the Great Depression through the 1940s, from Jeffrey Meikle, author of the book Postcard America: Curt Teich and the Imaging of a Nation, 1931-1950.

Special thanks to event sponsors Station 3 and B&B Butchers and Restaurant.
